Any suggestions on good low calorie low carb protein powder? Any brand I should be looking at and any brands I should stay away from.

TIA

I prefer taking a BCAA supplement. Protein powder just makes me feeling bloated.

Thank you all for your wisdom.
Will definitely look at Costco and Kaha.
BCAA is something I need to do more research on as well.

I personally like the powder from Canadian Protein. It mixes very well and is of good quality. Canadian owned company and ships extremely fast. My personal fav is the vegan protein. It’s easier on my stomach than whwyy

At Costco I would get Kaizen 100% whey Isolate. Optimum nutrition has been around for a long time and a well known brand.

Here's a video by a bodybuilder, his programs are hardcore but the videos are sprinkled with dark humour. Here's his take on protein powders
