Sounds like a good deal, but I don't really trust Memorex brand discs as they tend to be very cheap and don't last very long.

I'm using them right now and once in a while I make a coaster.

I'm goint to try Ridata..... my buddy claims he never has problems with it.

We use the same program so that's not the problem.

And as for the burner I've flashed it with the most recent firmware so it should be fine.

But I digress...

I prefer and use Verbatim discs and am happy with them.

I'm goint to try Ridata.....

I used to run a pirating buisness (if you can call it that ) and Ridata was one of the most compatible disks out there. Must have burned over 1500 DVDs (in a duplicator though) and never one failure or complaint.

I second Ridata for reliability, and I second Memorex for un-reliability (Memorex is now a division of Imation Corp, btw).

its a decent price, but considering we can buy brand name 4.7 discs at $0.30 it's still pricey, I still tend to split onto 2 discs for most things
I agree on the ridata, I have no complaints for Dl discs,For 4.7, Ive used almost exclusivley Maxell and have no complaints either.
