So I'll be selling home security soon and really want to make an impact on sales. Not to mention we could do some awesome role play while I'm there. If I like it I may take a break from this for a bit

This is probably SO bad but hey, everyone could use security ;)

Let me know your thoughts, or if you know any ladies that have mixed business with pleasure so to speak- need to know if it backfired for them lol

Speaking objectively.......

The company who's products you will be selling will more than likely have an issue with extras. All it will take is one complaint from someone not interested. I would add your name and reputation could take a serious hit preventing and limiting employment opportunities in the future if something, whether a complaint or a brag ended up online.

Finally as much as there are some horndogs out there I would have issues with trusting the credibility of a security system salesperson and their product if they offered to sleep with me. That's tadamount to saying it won't stand on its own merits.

So thing twice about it. Better to treat this as your legit income and just SP on the side as you want to.

anywhere i want;)
The wise thing to do would be to keep sp and business separate.. The last thing u want is someone coming to see you and you sell them something and then they have issues with it. The last thing you want is dirt on your name...

What I would do is look into is starting my own home security company while seeking advice / opinions from other home security companies. Usually take notes on your competitors... If its a company you are selling from it might not be an issue. However rule #1 Never ever mix business with pleasure it usually goes south.

I could be wrong but I assumed (hope) she was joking about that part and was instead just looking for advice on this.

I think doing a little 9to5 gig is a good thing. Learning a new skill is always worthwhile. Maybe your sales gig will help you rethink your special biz down the road.
On the topic of your opportunity, the home security market, there is a lot of growth there. The challenge is Many people are managing their own home security through DIY tools managed through your smartphone IoT. It's tough to see larger managed services growing at the same pace Long term.
At the end of the day your your working for is a big component of your on the job satisfaction.

Good luck!

The concept is pretty hot. I felt junior move a bit when reading your post, but reality says it's a bad idea. I agree with the others, keep things separate.

I finally had the pleasure of meeting Lexi and enjoyed an amazing 2 hr session with her (before this thread existed). I don't know why it took me so long to see her, but twitter really helped me acquaint myself more with her personality and beauty.

Now, to give an honest answer, no role play or extras in the sale of security products. Be professional, but there are a lot of experienced security persons out there that sell products and who install them. So Lexi will have to get some training and know her product to compete with the best, unless she's already familiar with security systems. Lexi though has the gift of an appealing personality, attractive image, and lovely voice that could help her sell anything, like a fridge to an Eskimo.
