Good hotels in Niagara Falls?

Any of the ones on fallsview avenue near the new casino is good. Best is probably the Embassy suites but the Sheridon is nice too.
Book directly on the websites, they have deals that include food and drinks.
I believe Butler meant Sheraton.
There's a Four Points Sheraton at Fallsview, but the Sheraton is at the Clifton Hill area. I've stayed at both (AWESOME PILLOWS), as well as the Hilton... all are good. Never stayed at the Embassy, but I hear good things... and I've often eaten at the Keg there. (Great view)

There are also 2 Marriott's over in the Fallsview area. One, the Marriott Gateway is the old Sheraton Gateway. The Marriottt on the Falls, is across the road, right next to, the old Minolta Tower (which is now a hotel itself). My personal preference would be the Embassy Suites, closest to the rim of the falls, unobstructed views along the river up and downstream of the falls, and the incline railway is connected to the hotel by a walkway over Portage. Groupon, Wagjag and similar sites have tons of Niagara hotel deals on them.
Love the Embassy suites. Had a session with an agency girl who gave me a BJ while I sat infront of the floor-ceiling window. Also did it standing up with her against it.
They have great Jaccuzzi tubs too.
