It seems everywhere I look I see ads for Good Hands Spa on Colonnade, now I know why! I visited a few weeks back and was neutral on the session with Sophia. I decided to give them a try again but this time, I requested Anna over the phone. I was told 'ok' and proceeded with my 25 minute drive to their location. I get there and am told everyone is busy, "come back" !!
You can advertize all you want but if this is the service being provided you can expect that you won't have too many repeat customers, me being one of them. Ottawa has too many excellent MAs to put up with this kind of crap. I can now say I've been to Good Hands Spa once but will never return.
