So aside from the pictures on LL never being real, what can other people tell me about this place? What sort of actual restrictions do they have? Because their postings always seem to change. Is there anything off about the place, or are they just always cycling through new girls?

Always cylcling new girls here and they are old asian ladies. Don't believe the reviewers saying they are 30's. Most are 50's minimum. I am asian and been with many asian ladies so I know.
That being said, you usually get taken care of. Nothing spectacular but the job gets done at a lower price point. In Toronto these ladies are 80-100/hh but Ottawa always has a premium. So if you care about looks or particularly looking for amazing service then look elsewhere.
Do they tend to just offer vanilla service, or is it like a "massage" where they ask you if you want a happy ending? And do they ever offer trips to the greek isnlands?
The girls there are definitely not in their 50s. Usually 30s. And all SP services offered. As I’ve mentioned before, this place is clean, discreet and highly recommended. You just cannot beat the quality and service for the price.
They most definitely are not 30s. 40s and 50s. I have been to navaho campeau and lees multiple times and every single time they were all 40s and above. Maybe there was a young one once in a while but I doubt it as people in Ottawa are really bad at guessing asian age.
I mean, were they at least attractive? I kindof like older attractive Asian ladies haha
Its a hit or miss. Most of the times to me they were unattractive at the campeau and navaho locations. But all of them gave me decent service and were friendly. They were just typical old asian ladies that are not quite fit.
The whitebay and higher end asians were disappointing to me because of their price range. They are younger but looks and service did not reflect 400 to 450/h. If you are gonna spend that just take a trip to Toronto and get mind blowing service there instead.
The best asian girls I experienced so far in Ottawa are the ones on cambridge location downtown. They were all much younger with same friendly service at just one step higher in price. I have not been there in a while so dont know how they are set up these days.
