Ginseng for sex

Anyone use this? Supposedly it will increase blood flow, make you hard longer etc. Yesterday I tried using some before an appointment. I took one capsule, drank a venti black coffee from starbucks, then took another. I was flying. Cut to 5 hours later, I see my SP. I was so nervous, I couldn't even stay hard at first (maybe too much blood flow making me nervous?). Then I was rock hard again, got 2SOG and was even hard for #3 but couldn't cum. My heart rate was off the charts though. The girl kept saying how fast my heart was beating, I must have been getting palpitations or something. Not sure if I would use it before sexing again.

Anyone else use ginseng for sex?

I would check it your doctor before taking these...some people are not compatible and may get increased heart rate, hot flashes, etc.

In some rare cases it could mean a serious risk.

Drinking a black coffee doesn't help

Sorry, do you mean regular Ginseng capsules that you buy in Asian supermarkets or is there now one of those "Ginseng for sex" capsules that you can buy via like "Hero Tabs" (by the way, anyone tried those Hero Tabs?)

And yes, mixing Ginseng with black coffee is a no-no.

I just mean the regular ones from the health food stores. I didn't originally buy them for sex, I just thought I would try it once.

Sorry, but Ginseng does not work that way... it is not a pop-a-pill, instant response kind of thing... it is something that builds up over periods of continued use... a tonic.

Take it for three months or so and then compare where you are now to where you will then be in terms of strength, health, energy, libido, etc.

BTW, it does not seem to work for everybody (I don't know why) but when it does -- well, I found it made a significant difference.

Been taking ginseng for a couple of years now.
I feel it has increased my energy, resistence to illness and general horniness.
Like someone said though, it's not an instant hit and results will vary.
