I purchased a home that is "haunted". My realtor told me when I was making my bid that the home had a bit of an interesting history to it (murder/suicide 30 years ago) and there are supposed issues with the house being haunted, I didn't mind as I was getting the house at an undervalued rate. I have lived here for 3+ months and the only thing that I have noticed is weird smells (coffee, berries, perfume mainly) and my light bulbs burn out very quickly (last week we changed 31 bulbs in the house, of about 60, all were working when we moved in). I have yet to see my ghost and look forward to see if it could possibly be real.
