I’ve been seeing the same Latina massage therapist for about two years now. She gives me a HJ during/after each one of my massage sessions. $20 is not enough for anything more than a HJ. If you want her to get nude, you'll have to dole out a bit more than that. Just to test the water - I think you will be able to see if she is interested in going further in a subtle way. If she says No, just suggest that you would be willing to tip more - if she doesn't respond or is negative just back off.
