Blackmail has been used for years to influence politicians and lawmakers. Mob used it I'm sure to keep J. Edgar Hoover at bay. Don't know about this story though which sounds incredible and too ugly.

Why would they need children when they admit that good-looking prostitutes would administer the VOODOO DRUG to those politicians? The prostitutes could secretly be in on the blackmail too for a hefty fee.
