I saw this website too and it looks decently designed, but I cannot find any reviews. My gut feeling tells me it's not that reputable as I think it looks.

That was my gut feeling too. Do you know of any reputable/safe agency in CDMX?

No sorry, I've been looking for reliable agencies in the Cancun are as well, and there seems to be nothing reliable in Mexico. The Mileroticos website seems very shady, so I have been desperate for some high quality reviews.

What I found somewhat reputable is looking for escorts that use twitter so there at least some online presence. If I find anything in Mexico when I arrive I'll let you know here.
