$760,000 for a 1,000 square foot "starter home".
Yep, I think I would be moving as well.
Mind you, not as bad as the $890,000 for a 800 square foot studio apartment that I saw in New York City. Granted it was within walking distance of Central Park West, but still. Almost a million dollars for a closet.
The other thing was it was a 6th floor walk up!! No elevator.
