I think the point is that there is research being done to isolate the genes that cause homosexuality in the hopes a "cure" can be found. I guess they thought it would be amusing to throw the concept of curing back at the bigots.Aardvark154 said:

By saying that it's totally how people are wired is basically justifying being gay by saying..."it's not their fault" when really there's No fault to be laid.
For those who are in the middle of the spectrum choices Are being made. What's the big deal with that?
Shouldn't we get over the fact that people are going to love whomever on account of choice or nature & be done with it? I mean shouldn't we turn our attention on those who don't/can't love anyone & rag on them? Those types are the ones that concern me....
