I found this the other day, I thought I would share. It allows you to edit and change pdf files after you download them. I find it quite useful, and it is free.

This Android app called Repligo allows you to edit, add notes / comment and highlight content of PDF files in Android phones and tablets ( paid app just like Foxit and Adobe Acrobat if you want these extra functions ).
