Four-year-old suspended for hugging teacher's aid

THE LIVING LEGEND-RETIRED
WTF is this world coming to?

Bellmead, TX - Damarcus Blackwell's four-year-old son was lining-up to get on the bus after school last month, when he was accused of rubbing his face in the chest of a female employee.

The principal of La Vega Primary School sent a letter to the Blackwells that said the pre-kindergartener demonstrated "inappropriate physical behavior interpreted as sexual contact and/or sexual harassment."

In the laboratory.
This occurred in Texas so the kid's lucky he wasn't arrested, tried, and sentenced to life in the electric chair!

ok this is a principal with obviously waaaaaaaaaaaaay too much time on their hands, with the school board I am with its an accepted rule that amongst elementary school children there is room for interpretation on what is and what isnt appropriate touching since kids of that age are very touch feely towards people they feel close to, where the distance grows is the high school kids, where if I am talking to a female student and alone in the room with her I make sure the door is wide open so no misunderstandings can be brought up

This is just political correctness all over again. This is a four year old for Gods sake, they like to hug, its comforting and this fuc*tard principal wants to punish the kid? Nuts.

Give the kid another hug, tell him he did nothing wrong and then take the principal to the lockup for some attitude adjustment.

Not to get too graphic but is everyone 100% positively sure this was just a hug? It probably was but I've seen pre-schoolers who have demonstrated on other kids and adults acts they've seen their parents do. I was at a public beach with a large group of friends and one of the kids (5?? I think) hopped on his mother (who was face down on a towel) and start humping her ass....I asked later wtf? She told me that the kid had walked in on her and her husband doing the nasty "the bad way".

The kid may not have been conscious of what exactly he was doing but imagine if he had done that to another kid or ???

Even if it was a tangentially sexual act by whatever yardstick people wish to use this is still a 4 year old. Would have to be one hell of an advanced 4 year old to be able to appreciate the possible sexual aspects of what he did.

I still say give the kid a break and take the principal for a "scrape". Those who remember the old Python " Doug and Dinsdale" skit will get my meaning of "scrape".

He was a fine lad, that Dinsdale. He did nail my head to the floor, but I deserved it.

Even if it was unappropriate and a child did something like that is the correct way of handling the situation by suspending a child? I say a 4 year old does not understand what it has done and it mostl likely was innocent and think that principal is not doing his/her job properly.

Exactly the kid was a kid and it was nothing to him that is until adults made it an issue now guess what , it will now be a big issue in his mind and he will now think of it a lot more than he would have had nothing been said

I hope the kid does not even say hello or nothing to this teacher when he gets back to school and when getting on the bus next time just looks her in the face and boards the bus.
