I feel that Im a good tipper but wondered what you girls think about tips?
Obviously the higher the better, but theres not really a standard rule that applies like for waiters/ waitress'.
Is there a rough range you normally see them in?
Is there a number that if it was lower you would be upset?
A number to high?
Just looking for simple, reasonable numbers based on 1 hour fs calls...

p.s. Not trying to make anyone feel uncomfortable by answering this.

I'll give you my input, Explosiff,

I don't expect a tip. My donation covers what I think is a fair rate for my time, and I don't offer anything "extra" for a tip; what I list on my website is what I offer to everyone, regardless of whether they tip or not.

When I do get a tip, or something thoughtful like chocolate, tea, or wine, I am thankful and appreciate, and it's a nice bonus, but I don't think any less of anyone who doesn't leave a tip.

I second Jamie's response. I think the exact same thing. I know I only do massage, but I include everything in that price...not like in a private business where you have to tip to receive "more". I also have change ready should someone not have the exact amount. It's always offered when payment is made, and if someone doesn't want it, then I consider it a tip.

Side note: there are generally no discounts should you choose to wave some of the offered activities (yes guys have asked me that).

I never use to expect tip or even gift. This is luxury service and they paying us a good amount of money. no tip require. I had people tip and its like $10 or $20. no amount is too high or low. remember this isnt like restaurant so dont feel oblige to tip. sp make good $$ as it is.

hmm. no offense, but i feel a tip for good service is almost a nescessity...
Like really, look at what your getting for $150.
I take quite a few clients out for evening dinners and the bill is at least that and depending where u go tip is either mandatory, or somewhat expected based on service.
i think if i had a terrible experience i wouldnt tip, but if its average, or good, or great, i always tip.

maybe im asking the wrong questions?

what is the usual tip range that u recieve in?

thx.

I have to hop in on this question!

Sorry I don't tip for SP services. At $150 to $250 + an hour the tips are built in as far as I am concerned. My only tip is the distinct possibility of my return visit. :)

I agree 100%

Lost in a daydream of beautiful women.
I always bring extra for a tip with me. If I have an average experience, I will usually only pay the agreed amount, but if I've have had a better than expected time or it is clear that the lady has gone above and beyond what is "expected" (and I don't mean in services, but the way she makes you feel, the conversation, personality, etc.) I will tip. This can range from $20 to $60 extra...depending on what the original price is. As a caveat, in this area I always pay $160 as the base rate and expect no change returned. The machine dispenses twenties and, considering the going rate in this area versus others, I'm not concerned about the other $10. So the tip amount is based on an ADDITIONAL 20-60. I don't know that I would tip $100 or anything like that, however. When you consider it proportionally to the original amount, it is too high. Using your example, if you went for a dinner and your bill was $150, you likely would not leave a $100 tip, regardless of the service. This is also measured on a sliding scale, however, because if you're lunch was $15, it's not unrealistic to leave a $10 tip, if the service was exceptional.

That being said, I rarely tip in Toronto or London because the rate is so much higher. You are (in most cases) not getting a better product and paying almost twice as much. To me, the tip is already included there.

My 3.5 cents

Tipping is a personal matter and there is no right or wrong answer. But you can't compare tipping in a restaurant or bar to this industry since most waitstaff are making minimum wage to begin with.

Sometimes I tip and sometimes I don't. I hate it in restaurants when people tip for shitty service... the waiters are actually being rewarded for providing shitty service and after a period of time they actually start to think they're good.

As Jamie says... most ladies have their set prices and don't expect more. Little add-ons seem to be more appreciated than an additional $20-40 tip. If someone goes above and beyond... I usually tip depending on their hourly rate structure. A bottle of wine... their favourite beverage... chocolate... flowers all usually mean more than actual cash... at least in my experiences.

I have also found that a simple thank you and verbal appreciation for their hard work also goes a long way. Money can buy a lot of things... but it's not everything.

I know not all guys mean this when they say it, but "I'll see you again", or "I'll be back for sure" makes me feel good. I get excited when guys have firsts (yes I've wowed a few with only my hands), and you can just see in their expression they want to repeat. So I do what I do best and when a guy is really satisfied, he is more likely to come back for (his) amazing experience.

For my limited menu it's usually 5-20 for any session length.

I never expected a tip. The donation covers that. If someone chooses to leave one, so be it. But if they don't, that's ok. If they leave happy, then that's enough for me.

Great. Thanks for the mixed reponses. I still feel it's almost nescessary to leave a tip but I've been fortunate enough to not have an sp experience so bad that I chose not to. (knock on wood) lol
