Saskatchewan doesn't bother with it!
I wish we'd do away with this clock changing nonsense. We're more of a 24 hour society these days anyway.
My vehicle clock is the hardest to figure, there isn't a button with a "clock" name. You need to turn off the radio and then press 3 different buttons.
