Sounds yummy. I've made butternut squash ravioli in a sage and browned butter sauce. I should have patted the ravioli a bit to dry after cooking because It turned out a little bit wet/soggy but the flavour was very nice. Or maybe I overcooked it....

I'll try with the gnocchi. Do you make your own?

No I don't make it from scratch however its not difficult to do so.
