A number of years ago there was a chef at the Sutton Place Hotel whose name was something like Tony Roldan. He prepared a dish called Scampis in Love.

1. Anybody remember this
2. Anybody know where to find the reciped

The Sutton Place has great food, but I am sorry I don't recall that dish. They have a great steak dish though.
