Actually in Canada this would be legal had she NOT been his teacher. You can have sex with a 14-year old so long as the older person is not in a postion of power.
I still think 14 is too young

as an educator myself I am really appalled that society in general makes jokes about this and thinks its funny, can you imagine if it was a male teacher with a 14 year old girl, people would be calling for him to be hanging from a street light by the balls.

Male on female is vastly different than female on male. I mean really, it is. Joking aside, I really wouldn't mind her at all if I were 14. I certainly wouldn't feel victimized.
