I was under the impression that early voting was a privilege. If this was a problem on election day that would be utterly different.

I agree that it should have been done better, this issue is will their request for an injunction succeed.
I believe this suit was placed early yesterday morning to open up early voting on Sunday. And the suit was more of a formality as quite a few counties like Orange, Broward and a few others were decided to open anyway. The suits were to cement their legality.
