Flight Cancellations and Weather Predictions

I'm supposed to be on an Air Canada flight to Vegas, tomorrow evening. I just heard on the news that there is a HUGE snow storm hanging arounf London, Ontario it's on its way to Toronto- tonight. I have a friend who works at American Airlines and he told me that AA just cancelled 9 flights. They've NEVER cancelled that many flights before...now I'm worried.

Question: How long do you think it will take me to walk, bike, jog, drive to Las Vegas?! I'm feeling pretty desperate.

Let's say Las Vegas is approximately 5000 km away

walk: at 6km/hr = 833 hrs = 34+ days
jog: at 12 km/hr = 416 hrs = 17+ days
bike: at 20 km/hr = 250 hrs = 10+ days
drive: at 100 km/hr = 50 hrs = 2+ days

I'll drive you. Always looking for a reason to travel. Not tormorrow thou, don't want to sit on the Interstate with all those accidents. Have fun in Vegas.
