Once again it has been 10 to 12 years ago. But I do not think much has changed. If others wish to chime in. by all means. You need to ask yourself a few questions.

Start off easy at the rub & tugs. All safe, they're all pretty friendly. Look for an older - 30s - woman as they've been there, done that, and will likely know what you want when you don't.
