Good day folks, I and my wife will be in Toronto for this upcoming Easter long weekend and we have decided to attend a Raptors and Toronto FC game.

Tentative schedule is Washington Wizards @ Toronto Raptors Friday night April 10th and Dallas @ Toronto FC at 15:30 Saturday April 11.

This will be my first time attending an NBA and MLS game so I do have a few questions if you don't mind:

1. Where should I buy tickets from (for the best deals): The teams themselves (or through ticketmaster) or second-hand websites like craigslist, kijiji or RFD's BST forum ?

2. How much should I expect to pay for decent seats in both places ? and by decent I mean I don't have to use binoculars or strain my neck trying to see some actions.

3. How much does the parking cost ? or is parking pass normally included in the ticket prices ?

4. How early should we arrive at the arenas ? or in other words, how bad is the traffic around those 2 places ?

We do have a car and GPS so it shouldn't be a problem getting there and finding our ways around. I just want to make sure we cover our bases. If you have any other tips and tidbits, I am all ears.

Thank you.

Cant speak of FC games but for raptors, you can get a good view from the upper bowl purples. I am in there, love the view, although I wouldn't want to be any higher than where I am lol.
If you have 20/20 vision, i'm sure you'll be fine from the Purples, which is the very top you can get.
Those face value = $100+ after taxes etc. and goes up from there. I believe there maybe certain cheaper seats as well such as standing room?
Craigslist etc. seems like a good place to buy tickets for events, and maybe even check the buy and sell section here to save some $.

Parking is not included. Anywhere close/beside the ACC, expect to pay $20 and maybe more. Try the Royal Bank plaza on Wellington, $10, and any parking garage along there will take you to the ACC underground.\

And I would expect busy traffic on a Sat. afternoon. I always aim to get there 30min before, and always make it before the game starts. So depending on where you coming from etc. You can calculate from there
