I am used to windows explorer having favourites permanently in a vertical column on the left; but, with Mozilla Firefox this seems impossible for some bizarre reason and I'm perplexed about why Mozilla would block this feature.
I have done a google search and nobody can suggest how to make bookmarks on the left side permanent.
Of course you have to hit "control b" to get bookmarks on a column on the left with Firefox which is really annoying. They should be there all the time without having to ask for them.
Does anyone know if you can somehow get a permanent column on the left for bookmarks with firefox.
If not I'll have to try another browser download, maybe Opera, because Firefox really gets on my nerves with this bizarre characteristic of their browser.
