I sadly got ghosted by her when I was waiting in the parking lot. Tried booking with her yesterday but she was booked all day and told me noon today was good. Got there at 11:35 and heard nothing at 12. Waited for like 20 minutes then left - still haven’t heard anything back yet either. Such a shame because she’s been on my TDL for a while

I had the 11 slot while I was on my way , at 10, she texted me to let me know something had happened and she would have to cancel all her morning and noon calls. sorry to hear you didn't get the text. must have been an error.

That is unfortunate however I did read that was a common theme of ghosting. It sucks because people said service was good but that being said being punctual is so important for everyone involved
