(one of the rotating NBC Mystery Movie series) was a short-lived, light-hearted detective TV series on NBC from 1972 to 1974. George Peppard played Thomas Banacek, a Boston-based freelance investigator who worked mostly for finder's fees offered by insurance companies by solving seemingly impossible thefts.
i agree herculeus with deadulus newt wilamina and every monster with the same noise and the same scene running up mount olympus will always be a classic. i hated the rocket robinhooh show that was the worst cartoon ever
Roger Ramjet, Wacky Races, Pink Panther with the Inspecter and with Ardvark and the Ant, George of the Jungle, Rock and Bullwinkle, and the old Bugys Bunny /Looney Tunes!
Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea (very cheesy monsters and such but this show still rocked!)
Lost in Space (that prissy Dr. Smith was a hoot!)
SCTV (anybody see their version of Midnight Cowboy...Dr. Tongue as Joe Buck and Igor as Rizzo Ratzo .. hilarious...)
Flintstones...I've probably seen them all about a dozen times for sure... watched it all through elementary at home at lunch...Wilma and Betty were babes, no?
the old Spiderman 60s cartoon.... I love the line in the theme song "..is he strong?.. listen bud....he's got radioactive blood....hahaha
Man....I guess groweing up in the country and not havinmg cable really limited my selection of TV viewing....I do not even know half of the shows you guys are listing.
Wow! I had forgotten a lot of those. I remember the "hilarious house of frightenstein" on CHCH tv 11 in Hamilton on Saturday mornings. Not too many people around here have heard of it but it was a true classic. Still is.
