Probably disgruntled Richmond hill citizens who probably heard something like, another strip joint was to open there again..........got pissed and set it ablaze.
O...those crazy times.
....and the hope of recovering my long lost car key , somewhere upstairs inside one of those tiny booth, is forever vanished.

Not the first fir to hapen there, I remember when I was teaching at First Interactive at Church and Major Mac, some kids had broke in and started a fire ... Probably the same thing again.
It's a shame, I'll have to hunt down some polaroids I have from there and post the scans in rememberance

Well it finally happened.
The Pink eyesore in Richmond Hill is gone they've leveled the Fantasia building.
I know from this board that many guys got their first lap dance, BJ etc at the Fan. It was for many a right of passage to go to the Fan for the first time.
Father would take their sons on their 19th birthday.
Even though it was closed it was a monument to the history of Richmond Hill. It should have been declared a historical landmark. They are building condo's on the site. I wonder if the sexual energy that resides on the site will mean that the people in the condo's will have better or more sex?
Maybe I should move?

that was the first club i danced at back in '86 when they had the lil boxes and barber chair... mustache rides . i lived there as well while i went on the road in 90.. damn i feel like my memories are in flames glad i kept there business cards...

My respect and admiration for rdhaired vixen has just gone up immeasurably and I've never met her. Imagine having Fantasia talent booker on your resume. What Terbite could resist! Too bad I'm in Toronto and she is in Niagara Falls. Have to attend a Terb party and get her autograph or better yet a demonstration of how she evaluated the talent there. The mind as well as the body boggles at the possibilities!

thankyou bb...it was one of the happiest moments in my life...i met alot of wonderful ladies then.... some are still very much in my thoughts...and if they read Terb wish they would contact me
alot of the girls booked through agents back then...was almost unheard of for girls to book themselves till further along...
but still i met them when they came in and laid down the rules and regs of the club..was great
