Thanks for the heads up, John Gilbunni. I actually texted her a couple of times, rates seemed too good to be true but she was slooowww to reply, on account of being "busy".
Go figure, probably busy opening the door, seeing the looks of disappointment and the sudden buttonhook of yet another potential client.
