He didn't let her get back into the change closet. He literally was barring her access to it so she couldn't change back into her jeans and civies clothes. He was forcing her to remain mostly naked and couldn't leave the change room.
Sure, he told her it was a prankshow and that it was all a prank and was laughing in the end of the clip. But I dont think she found it too amusing.
She SHOULD'VE pressed charges regardless if it was meant as a prank.
She didn't consent to it and he put her in a very uncomfortable position and she REALLY didn't enjoy it at all.

You see when she finally manages to get out of the change room and she's moving quickly to leave the store, all pissed off and angry/infuriated...another attendant comes to her to offer his/her assistance and the model responds in a very defensive manner, as if this attendant is going to try to grope her uninvited too.
I think this is a country where women are more often harassed and the guy usually more often than not, gets away with it. A country where women are more sex objects than individuals. Where on television, there's more degradation of the female gender, giving the reinforcement that women are more sex objects than people.
A country where sexual harassment isn't recognized and hasn't been established or at least, the police don't acknowledge, respect or enforce any sexual harassment laws, or women don't get backed up, when she claims sexual harassment. They just pretty much laugh at it and mock her.
Where on magazine racks, every magazine has naked women in it, as if its the norm.
I think this, because thats the way it is in Italy.
Even if a model like her went to the police. They'd just laugh and shrug it off and ignore it, saying...that's how men are. They can't help themselves. Let boys be boys...
But here's the kicker. Seeing how hot she is. She probably has a 6'9 boyfriend who's ripped to kingdom come and is going to pay that little short clown a sweet little quick visit.
Hopefully he'll get to keep his head.
