Far and Away
There is actually an interesting article on the site concerning how ALL candidates can get away with misleading statements and out right lies and it is all protected. I used to wonder why we didn't see lawsuits about such things then I read this.

(Note: The anarchists and fascists need not be concerned about having their delicate sensibilities offended by reading this article as it is not about a party/candidate but about the process. :) )

You apologist for the fascists, your up to your nasty tricks,
aren't you.

Why didn't you give the home page to factcheck.org and
let all the Terbites see dozens, if not 100, reviews of the two
candidates and let them make up their own minds about who
misleads the public more than the others.

Open letter to all Terbites:

I strongly suggest you go to http://factcheck.org and view for
yourself the misstatements and distortions both parties have
heeped on the gullible American public and make up your own
name.

Let me count the ways.'

Now you know why I devout anarchist.

And the truth will set you free...Your are now implying that the truth is a facist trademark???
This message was posted as a counterpoint to all those Michael Moore supporters. It's called fair and balanced reporting.

I did give the web address. It is the topic of my thread.
Come on Don, you the Jefferson anarchist should be supporting the truth.

Don - fu** both the Ds and Rs; but Bush has to go

You might get your wish..we will see in a few days.
Than after the dust has settled and you are less emotional about "anybody but BUsh". You will than have plenty of time to evaluate who you got "Anybody but Bush".
Kerry had more than a year to hide behind his rhetoric. He will have some honeymoon, about a 100 days or so.
I can't wait on what he is going to do better. It is going to be soo exciting to watch.
My hope is, that at least the house or the senate stays with the R's, so we can keep him in check.
i hope you will be on the board in two years from now, so i can read your rant on him. My feeling is..it is not going to be pretty.

There will actually be more fiscal discipline if Kerry wins, the Rs in both houses won't let him get anything done and will spend 4 years trying to make him look bad. The best thing we can hope for out of a Kerry win is that the government does nothing for 4 years, which is in some ways the best for all of us. The only problem with this is that we are at war, and will be for the next 4 years.

You think that the Senate will remain in Republican hands? - I don't think Coors can win in Colorado and if all else stays the same- well that favours the Dems. And from what I see in the polls, the House is going to be even closer than it already is and may even flip Democratic in a best case senario.

No I can see Kerry work well with the legislative, Bush on the otherhand will be viewed as a lame duck from the beginning because I don't think the Dems would have much to fear from Bush in the 2006 election.

Look at the bottom, projected Senate races. I think the best you can hope for is a Kerry victory and a hostile Legislative branch.
