facebook for hookups - Wired magazine

Came across a Wired article - ( in the past year - don't have in front of me) American Sps in New York City are finding @ 20 % of their regular clients via facebook . Also @ 15% of FWB hook-up contacts are via facebook.

I have an empty account on FB, but to find a date, I wouldn't know how.
Has anyone had success using facebook ?
How does it compare with other adult dating sites ; Plenty of Fish , Adult Friend Finder etc.

Have you noticed Toronto SPs on facebook ?

Facebook is all about sharing, while this industry is all about discretion. The two seem quite incompatible.

You can't cruise on FB and poke anyone and get results. FB often works as a platform for others to look at you through connections you have with people they know. Treat FB like a resume for women and put your best foot forward!

Whats stopping you from making a fake FB or Twitter account. I have one of each for my adult needs I have lots of dancers, MPA's, porn stars and SP's on my contacts lists

There was a golden age of Facebook hookups... I'd say 04-06.... But that shit is over....
