I can vouch for all the accolades for Fanny. I saw her once for one of the best sessions I could ever hope to have, but unfortunately, because I screwed up, I don't believe I can have a repeat engagement. I had booked a follow up appointment for one morning in December 2023 and there was a snowstorm the night before and into that morning. Wouldn't you know it, the activity my SO had planned to attend was canceled. As a result, there was no way I could think of a believeable reason at the last minute to get out of the house for an hour or so and sadly canceled my appointment with Fanny very shortly before the scheduled time. Naturally she was not pleased at all, and I certainly don't blame her. I may be blocked anyway, but I haven't had the nerve to try and contact her since. it's taken a while, but reading this thread has brought back many pleasant memories so I decided to finally admit to my misdeed and wish her well in her Cougars Den endeavours.

I finally had a chance to repeat with Fanny today and I’m kicking myself for not returning sooner. The Cougars Den has had some significant upgrades. Love the showers, the decor and overall discreet location. for some reason that area is now turning into a little hub of adult spas but this place is uni amongst them. Excellent service, no sticker shock pricing and a genuine desire to please. What more can you ask? Oh wait…milking table and glory hole oh my!
