Extra snippiness on the board lately?

I've been a member for a while now - a few posts and reviews when I come to town, but I check in fairly often to read the posts.

Has anyone else noticed an increase in board members taking shots at each other lately? Is it to do with the concern over the new law, that is making guys be extra tense?

I thought this board would be immune from some of the BS that goes on in most corners of the web. For the most part it is, but not sure why there seems to be more personal attacks these days.

Or has it always been this way, and I just never noticed?

I KNOW Miss Jessica was joking. Im going to ASSUME Titalian was also joking when he called me out for my number of posts. Otherwise, it's pretty clear example of what I mentioned in my original post.

But even in this thread, there appears to be some unnecessary bashing of each other.

Right?

He posted slightly before Titalian. After seeing T's post, quote it and hit edit own post.

If you edit your own post within a certain time frame (a couple of minutes??) it doesn't show that your post has been edited.

MJL says things tongue in cheek, for sure, but having delved deeply into the abyss that is titty's mind, I assure you, he was not joking.

I have no issues with the man, but it's true titalian, you really have had some sand in your vagina lately, what gives?

Other than that though, I find that rather than snippy, this place has been super defensive lately.

I wonder about that. I edit my posts a lot and noticed that the time frame for invisible edits seems flexible. Sometimes it looks to be a couple of minutes, sometimes 10, 15 or more. Plus, it looks like once someone posts after you, the invisible edit possibility ceases - but that may have just been an accident of how long I waited to edit on the occasions that someone posted soon after me.
