I am very frustrated and just venting!
Do these cities with the #$%%^&&^ by-laws that RESTRICT and do not REGULATE the industry even have a clue that they are endangering their communites.
There is one city in Ontario that has a clue. It is run by an 85 year old woman! She allows nudity, she allows touching, she allows WALLS, she allows PROPER zoning where a business can actually be established. She makes sure that her community is safe by REGULATING the attendants by means of medical checks and criminal checks. She has allowed over 10 of these licensed establishments in her city. These establishments are checked periodically by police and by-law for infractions. (NOT HARRASSED, PULLED OVER IN THE STREET FOR NO REASON OR SOMEONE CALLING YOUR FAMILY AND TELLING SLANDEROUS LIES!) A license in this city is GOLD and no one will break the rules in order to keep the business open. She has done her part.
If your by-law allows ONE licensed establishment. Let one open and run PROPERLY!
If LE spent half as much energy REGULATING as they do HARRASSING, they would have alot more time to arrest gun toting drug dealers, etc!
All you have done, is forced business underground where things get dangerous for everyone!
