Etta James, RIP

Etta James passed away today at the age of 73. Ms James will be best known for her classic song “At Last”. Even today, the song and arrangement stand the test of time. She made many recording over the decades including “Trust in Me”, “I’d Rather go Blind”, ‘Something’s Got a Hold of Me”, all being top class. Ms James, to me, was the quintessential combination of blues, soul and jazz music. Let's celebrate her life.
