Probably a weird one but what's the etiquette on informing people of an SP who's passed away? I understand it's a very private matter and am second guessing even just bringing this up. I was only considering the idea because I thought that personally I'd like to pay my respects in some non-physical way. Like considering the time we had together or celebration in memory of... curious what the general consensus is...

You do it the same like you would do it with anyone else.

There are a few pricks on here that would be very distasteful, but most members of the board would appreciate knowing so that they can remember the lady in their own way.

As would I be interested in knowing if a TERB member passed. But I also understand that the timing of same might serve to personally identify the member. There was an older jewish member who came on and said he had been recently diagnosed with a Stage IV lung cancer. About a month later, never posted again... I heard Hof died in the past year or so. Never liked the guy but enough people on the blue board said nice things that I kind of had a change of heart.
