I agree with another poster's assertion that these lists are driven by PR agents, but anyone who says ScarJo isn't one of the most attractive women in the world is blind. Probably not the sexiest woman in the world, since so many people find so many different types of women sexy that it's hard to find a universal leader (I would vote for Jennifer Lawrence personally), but she's incredibly hot by any rational perspective.
