First, please forgive me if this is in the wrong place, I'm kind of new to posting here so I'm not quite sure where to put this!

I've been looking into working in the escort business, and there are sooooooooo many agencies and independent workers that it's a little overwhelming to jump into!

I was just wondering what I should know and what to look for in an agency and perhaps any suggestions for quality ones I could pursue?

I'm rather trusting of this website and your opinions so any advice would be most appreciated!

depends on a lot of things; your looks, race and personality, what kind of appointments you want to do (half hour, hour, longer, incall, outcall), what kind of hours you want to work( daytime, nighttime), how much money you want to make and how fast you want to make it, and what you are and are not comfortable with doing in terms of service. best thing is to look at all their websites and make some phone calls and go and meet with several agencies and make a decision from there. some girls might be happy working with an agency that you might find to be not your cup of tea. everyone is different so its best to spend some time and find the best fit; if you are not comfortable with your agency it will affect your work so best to take the initial steps slowly. best to have a list of questions ready and go through them all with the agencies until you are satisfied. dont be afraid to ask seemingly stupid questions either.

Start out with an agency until you know the ropes. Might take you a week. Might take you a few months. Once you understand the business and what sorts of things are standard practice consider working as an independent.

The main thing is to make sure you handle security properly. Make sure you don't see any client either incall or outcall unless someone ELSE knows where you are, how long you'll be there, and some relevant information about who you are with (like an unblocked phone number that is not a payphone). That just raises the bar for anyone who might try anything stupid, since they'll then know that they'll eventually be arrested if they do. I don't mean to scare you by saying that, but it's common sense.

Then there are less critical but still important things about the business that you should learn while at the agency--how to judge if a call is a joke call or a real booking, what's actually expected of you in a session, etc.

Make sure any agency you work for is "well reviewed" by customers. The sorts of agencies that screw over customers also likely screw over escorts. The good agencies care about their reputations and as a result will try and treat everyone well. Those agencies should be well reviewed, and I think you wouldn't go wrong with any of the well reviewed agencies.
