The start of the Enron trial on Monday puts the spotlight on former chief Ken Lay, a fundraiser of millions of dollars for George W. Bush who earned the presidential nickname "Kenny boy."

Well the way the trend is going I say Kenneth Lay and Jeffrey Skilling get about 25 years in prison!!!!

I don't think Dubya can make the same comment about Kenny as he did about Jack Abramoff considering when Dubya was elected governor of Texas in 1994, Kenny served on his Governor's Business Council

One thing for sure is that if Ken Lay is found guilty, he won’t be pardoned by Bush. The same can’t be said for Clinton and his outlaw buddy Marc Rich. “Rich's crimes included tax evasion, fraud and "trading with the enemy" -- Iran, during the hostage crisis.”

yes I know - but I would hope that "the leader of the free world" pardons someone for the right reason and not because of his close ties he has with an individual.

If you are referring to Billy Boy - I did not agree with some of his pardons as well- that is why I made the comment above.
