I predict Chelsea over Barcelona. The latter play a much more entertaining brand of game, but Mourinho will show why he, and not Deco, was the most important man at Porto last year.

Chelsea have been mainly unstoppable so far because they have a very healthy team ... not many injuries to deal with, especially to their stars like John Terry and Frank Lampard. Drogba was out for a while, but he hasn't exactly been setting the football world on fire considering the fee paid for him. ManU had a largely depleted squad at the beginning of the season when Chelsea beat them .... not a big ManU fan, but they are playing very well at this stage. Arsenal had a great start, but quite a few of their players have been injured on and off, which has affected their consistency. Still, they find ways to win ... sign of a great team. Once Chelsea gets hit with a few injury blows, Arsenal and ManU will be all over them. And Chelsea's win over Liverpool was just pure luck ... even Chelsea's coach admitted they didn't deserve to win.

I would like to see Arsenal take it again. Anyone besides Man utd, even though they are coming on strong. When Van Nistelroy gets back they will be even more dangerous.
Chelsea's coach is too arogant and a hope they fizzle in the final stretch.
Porto is a good team with or without him, Benni McCarthy is a great player.

Arsenal just dropped 2 points again today. They tied Man City 1-1

Chelsea won and Man Untd tied as well
So Chelsea gain another 2 points which brings them to +7

I like it!!

I think its over...I cant see Chelsea slipping up 7 pts, although they still have to go to Old Trafford and play Arsenal once more. They win or tie either of those games then its definitely over. Arsenal has dropped too many points against the crappy teams. They tied West Brom and Southampton at home, thats 4 sad dropped points right there. Also tying at Crystal Palace was also sad. So I think its pretty much over...as are other leagues, Barcelona is up by at least 10pts I believe on 2nd. And in Italy its going to be either Milan or Juve.....lets just hope the Champions League is really good, and potential is there for it to be!

From what I read about the Chelsea game they were all over them in the 1st half and the crowd gave them a standing ovation at halftime. Thats how good they played
I'm trying to get the torrent and I'll post it

man utd and arsenal both tied...not what i was expecting nor did anyone expect...but i have to say that i did think that tottenham was going to tie or lose to them since theyve been so hot as of late. these upsets or ties kill the bets dont they...cost me a bundle...but soccer still up for me which is rare for a beginner..must be beginners luck...

so what about the FA cup..any sites on where i can get suggestions as to who to bet for...thanks you guys.been very helpful...

and yes..man utd is playing with a handicap without its main strikers and then ryan giggs is hurt too...thats why the match was a tie i think..

With the exception of the last comment regarding the spot of luck against pool, I disagree with this whole post. It is representative of the main group of fans who just don't get Mourinho.

The man's arrogance is a well-crafted act. Sure he will lose sometime, that's inevitable, but if you're looking for injuries to debilitate any team, Chelsea is the least likely to suffer, because they have the most depth. That speculation was Ferguson's wishful thinking because he has no answer to Mourinho. He didn't last year when he was turfed out of the CL by him, and he has much less chance this year.

Mourinho is the perfect coach. He is highly organized, (unusual for a Portuguese coach), focussed and hungry. Watch him, whenever the slightest thing goes against him he will have half a dozen ready excuses or explanations all aimed at protecting the morale and confidence of his team. He backs up the off-field savvy with very impressive technical knowledge and his biggest ace - the understanding of what it takes to build a team. He looks for ever advantage and uses it. Barcelona and Juve are the only teams with outside chances of stopping him. Regardless of what Mourinho says, Chelsea is the favourite to sweep the Premiership and take the CL.

You must forget that Porto were a Tim Howard howler away from being knocked out of the CL. Fergie would have had "the answer". Remember that success in the CL past the initial group stage must have an element of luck. Mourinho had it last year and has used that success to get him a spot at Chelski.

I do think Mourinho is a good coach but I will wait and see what he accomplishes over the long term before I classify him as a great coach.

Fergie has had success over thirty years going back to Aberdeen. I can't really recall a coach having more successs than him.

Escohort,

do you use this site with much success? Everytime I've tried to use it I'm blocked, or it's down.
Yes, a lot of times I get blocked as well but you just have to keep hitting the refresh button. You will get in!!!

You also need Bitcomet or some other bittorrent program.
Do you have this?????

If not then download it here: www.download.com
It's free

So far I've downloaded about 8 or 9 full matches
They are usually up the same day that the game is played
Very handy!!
