Why does it seem that sp's do not enjoy replying to emails?

It would require them to be around a computer all the time. Most work out of hotels so they would need laptops. It's easier for them to answer text and/or phone calls.

They want to hear a real voice not just an anonymous email.
I spoke to an SP once aboiut this and she said 9/10 email appointments were always no-shows while phone person-to-person to no-show rate was much less.

Are you kidding?? I *love* replying to emails! So it's not all SPs hon ...

And dj ... I don't find that email appointments have that high of a no-show rate either. In fact, my no-show rate has always been very low. If anything, phone/text appointments might have a few more no-shows than emails, for me anyway. Maybe I've just been lucky ...

Yeah thats what I thought...It seems as though every one and their mother has either an I phone or a blackberry theses days with push email and it would be way easier to communicate through email. Is that problem that there is evidence of what you are about to do? Cause if thats the case I think a recorded phone call would be more incriminating
