If you go back in my posting history, I defended Musk on almost every issue and thought he was a visionary, good leader etc. I made out and off well with my TSLA gamble and have a not-insignificant investment in SpaceX (part of a syndicated private placement).
But I have watched him unravel since he opened his big mouth and yipped off how he would buy Twitter because he didn' t like how it was being run or whatever. Forced into buying it, I think he has become an even bigger and more insufferable egomaniacal fool. And now I think he is becoming dangerous. Both to himself and to his business'.
Getting so deeply involved in politics, both US and global is treacherous territory.
And, quite frankly, he is out of his league in truly understanding geopolitics. But he's rich enough and (currently) has a platform that can make his simpleton Xits cause changes with unintended consequences.
Frankly, I think he has gotten wayyyyy too big for his britches.
Calling elected heads of state " an incompetent fool" and calling for their resignations?
Trump ain't gonna stand for any grandstanding at his parade and throwing shade on his Greatness either.
What say the collective wisdom of the TERB Think Tank?
"Elon Musk has labeled German Chancellor Olaf Scholz an “incompetent fool” and called on him to resign “immediately” in a comment posted on X.
The remarks were made in response to a social media post about Friday evening’s Magdeburg attack, which quoted the German chancellor’s statement about standing with the people of the city.
“My thoughts are with the victims and their families. We are at their side and at the side of the people of Magdeburg,” Scholz said Friday night.
“Scholz should resign immediately. Incompetent fool,” replied Musk, who yesterday came out in support of the far-right party Alternative for Germany, or AfD, after it was confirmed snap elections will take place next year.
It’s not the first time that Musk has thrown criticism at the German chancellor. Last month the billionaire Trump ally labeled Scholz a “fool” after his governing coalition collapsed."
