Copenhagen listed as No. 2. I have been there 3 times and I agree it is a wonderful city, however, the weather sucks all year round. Spent 2 weeks in the so called Danish Riviera in July, highest temperature was 21 for 1 day. No one in the water or on the beach. My description of the country, DARK DAMP DREARY DRIZZLY, Denmark. But the women are DDG.

There is NO way Calgary, Toronto and Vancouver are more livable than Amsterdam. Impossibly clean, charming and ahead of the curve in transit. Love Amsterdam.

Australian cities were hot spots last year. Canadian cities are hot spots this year. There's not much rhyme or reason to these moves.
