I've been in ei for about 3 months now.
At my previous employer, I had worked there for about 6 six years, quit, when to another job but it didn't work out. Had a 2 month gap when when back to my employer where I was employed for 6 years.
I worked there for 6 months and then was laid off. The employer employed 5-6 people and about 3 now. They had called me today and left a message. The owner had asked me call him back for a quick question. I looking at this as question or possible return to work for him.
Having worked there twice and knowing how the business works and the down fall he's had. Him hiring people for weeks and letting them go. If I were to go back if asked and was laid off in weeks or a couple of months, would I quilify for ei again or would it screw up my claim?
