In protest agaist the way Prince Philip treated a wounded fox, Yoko Ono and the animal activist Mark McGowan ate a corgi dog, although the article does not say it was one of the queens corgis.

Philip let the fox suffer for 5 minutes before he and others killed it with a stick.

I'm guessing the corgi didn't suffer like the fox (or anyone who's heard Yoko sing).

I recently watched the movie "The Queen". It didn't paint a very pretty picture of the Royal Family. Particularly Prince Phillip. If the movie portrayal was consistent with his character, it doesn't surprise me he would find pleasure in the suffering of the fox.

As for Yoko Ono, it's common knowledge, she is fu*kin nuts!.

Especially as the royal family is the protector of The Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals

The Corgi died of natural causes a few days earlier.

Great logic.

The corgi, which died at a breeding farm last week, will be served up on London’s 104.4 Resonance FM on May 29.

It is ironic that it would come from a breeding farm where animals aren't treated well either.

Eating an animal that's died of natural causes seems foolish.

Besides, if they wanted to make a point, it would make more sense if they tortured the corgi for 5 minutes before killing it with a stick.

The point of eating the dog was lost on me.

They wanted to make a point without causing pain to any more animals.

Did phillip eat the fox?

I understand why they didn't torture the dog, I just fail to see the point of eating it.

Now, if they skinned the dog and made it into a coat, that would make more sense. :D

The little yappy corgies have a special role in the british monarchy,
just like the pekingese dogs used to have at the imperial court in China.

Appreciated, I thought the dog that was eaten was Yoko, I couldn't imagine who the hell would ever go down on that.

I feel bad for the fox being tortured. I really do.

As bad as it was, it doesn't compare to the torchure of listening to Yoko sing. Get out your old turntable and put on "PLASTIC ONO BAND". You will soon look forward to being finished off with a stick.

Theres that really funny joke, thats not politically correct and isn't a blatant attack on Conservatives so its not safe to say here but apparently it has something to do with living off dead beetles........
