Now that we have our own territory (a divorce from "Ottawa" is also what the rest of Canada needs), what else do we need in Durham? More gorgeous girls that's what. I am having to travel to the big, overpriced, SP capital of Canada (Toronto not Ottawa) to get my fill of sweet, warm, honey. Can't we now get TERB to insist the best SPs in Toronto move to Durham? We in Durham could be responsible for breaking in the new sweeties, before they are qualified to hit the TO Big Time (yes its a BS dream). Those we do attract seem to disappear too soon. What ever happened to Jada, Nikita, Kylie etc. They were really cute young things!!! Just small town girls with a good attitude. Other exprienced hookers like Chelsea etc.. come in to town, set up shop in a hotel, provide poor service, seem so bored by the whole escort biz at $200 per poke, then disappear to who-knows-where after tellling us we are fortunate to have known them. With our own Durham territory we need to celebrate the talent we have right here, that will atratc more girls to work here if we have the reputation for good Sps at a reasonable rate. Speaking of Chelsea of Durham ...Has anyone seen or heard from her this week or last?? I have been unable to get any repsonse..Her schedule says she was working last week and this week in Durham, but she is MIA, no reply to VM or EM - or is it just me? Nikita is no longer involved in the business, she has moved on with her life!
As for Kylie she has also quite the business and is working full time in her new career. Kylie worked as an SP to pay her way through college and now that her courses are over, she has moved on!
I asked Jada to leave my company after she proved to me that she was just too flakey for my likings
She decide to move ahead and work for Class and Elegance, but Im sure they saw through her BS also, as I no longer see her on thier site??
As for young beautiful girls/ladies, I have provided many over the years and I will keep providing these ladies as long as your asking for them!
Our agency has a very good reputation that we are proud of, and work hard to improve everyday. Our ladies have amazing reputations with thier services and attitudes towards this biz and our clients.
I truely believe that Durham has alot of sexy young ladies to offer, but you will not find them in the local newspaper. 90% of the ads in the paper are duplicates of the same agency with different numbers, all newspaper ad usually have the same ladies, they just move around and change thier working names.
This is something that can not be avoided if you are searching our local papers.
I also believe that advertising in a newspaper gives the girls the advanage of having half ass attitudes and services, as the agency phone rings every 5 mins with a new client. Reputation doesn't seem to be so important to the girls when they know that you may not call back but 10 others will.
You also have to think that the girls will treat everyone the same way they are being treated, either from the clients or thier employer.
Point1:
You have a local agency in the paper "no names" that charges the rates that are resonable for most clients in the Durham area $150 (which really means the less they charge the more clients they will get)
The girl/lady recieves $80 - $90 and she may still have to pay for her driver.
She gets to the clients house and the next thing she knows, is she is asked to provide services that she feels is not erelavant to her pay.
So she declines and you are upset.
Point2:
There are agencies in the paper that are flakey and fly by night and only advertise when they need to pay a bill or to go out and party with friends.
This will also create disturbences with attitudes and services as they think they will never see you again and half the woman in the paper do not know about this little review board world and the other half just don't care.
Point3:
There are several ads in the paper that are run by alcoholics and drug addicts.
Durham....exspecailly Oshawa is filled with them.
This is a point that explains itself...lol...

Most of the employers of angencies in our paper, have an attitude towards the ladies, as if they are thier property not an employee. This can also bring about bad services, as no one likes the feeling of being owned by anyone, exspecially service providers. They are called upon all hours of the night to service men, without any regard to there personal lives. Some agency owners take it as far as refusing the girls/ladies calls if they do not fulfill thier employers wishes at that specific time.
Some ladies are left stranded at calls because thier employers have to many $$$ signs in thier eyes.
I also believe that it is the agency and its employers that taint the girls/ladies, not the clients.
If an employer is not doing everything in thier power to improve the work standards for thier ladies then thier employees will not work to thier fulliest abilities. This causes conflict issues with both parties and it always drags the client and his $$ in it.
You get what you pay for and you pay for what you get!
Thier will always be a new ad in the local paper, since it only costs $30-100 to advertise. That being said only the minority of Durham people have internet and the majority get the paper for free.
The question is are they really new? or are they trying to pull the wool over your eyes?

As an employer myself, I can honestly say all that I've said with confidence.
I have interviewed many local paper ad girls and have refused to hire them for all of these reasons. Once an Agency has tainted the minds of girls/ladies that have choosen to do this type of work, there is no turning them around.
This is why I have chosen to only hire girls/ladies that are new to this world and are from out of town....with the exception of Nacey aka Krissy...lol...

To add my 2 cents. Some reasonable thoughts in your post Malica. I've used your agency a few times in the past and was satisfied on all occasions except the last one and to be honest I haven't been back since. My experience with Raven was not up to par and it put a bad taste in my mouth at the time. Also, given that your site was screwed up for a while didn't help either so I moved on.
However, the good experiences I did have with your agency outweighed the one bad one so I've been watching your site with interest waiting for the right girl (or girls) to come along.
I may have seen her in the form of Savana. Maybe you could PM me some time and tell me a bit more about her. The others look fine but a little too old for my liking.
I guess the main reason for this post is to reiterate what you've said and that is, that you have to work with the right girls, treat them well, and make sure that they then treat the people they visit well. They will be treated well in return and all is good. One bad experience followed by a few bad posts on a site like this could be a disaster.
As for calling someone from a newspaper ad!!! Come on now people, with the ease of access to agencies and individuals that post pics I'd never go back to calling someone I hadn't seen a picture of first and, if at all possible, seek a review or two about her as well. In the past, all too often the person showing up wasn't who or what was expected.
Keep up the good work you've displayed thus far and work hard at getting a couple of younger girls as well.
