I can't stand it, surgery isn't the only culprit. Many women just make that ridiculous face because they have come to believe it somehow makes them look more sexual when the exact opposite is true. Maybe its my age but i do not see them as looking trashy. Personally i find they are decent and can look very nice as long as the lips are somewhat balanced if getting injections.
