Dubya's Idiotic Passport Law delayed Till June 2009

Congress voted to delay the stupid Team 'w' law that would require everyone to get passports for travel between US & Canada until mid 2009.
Dubya isn't too happy and is spouting off some of his 'decider' crap saying he is going to overrule Congress and make everyone still get passports anyway!
Dubya must be losing it, or really thinks he is some kind of King!
Dubya, Putin & Chavez are starting to look like a redux of the 3 Stooges!...

You can also get one from Homeland Security, even as a US citizen.

Customs has to determine your country of origin and his 'accent' probably threw them for a loop!.....
