Does anybody know where I can pick up a nice set of leather driving gloves?

I have looked all over downtown but all I can find is crap. I am probably looking in the wrong places. I have tried everything from the Bay to the high end leather stores back to Winners but I have not been able to find a nice pair of driving gloves.

There is a Ferrari store in Yorkville. I bet they would sell them.

Holt Renfrew, Harry Rosen's, Perry's, Stollery's...

I know because I was recently looking for a pair of fine leather, unlined gloves and they all told me that driving gloves was all they had...

But I found what I was looking for at the shopping center at 404 and Steeles, in one of the leather accessory stores... and I think they had driving gloves, too.

Well, CC, I think I know and they know what a driving glove is, and that is what I saw at Rosen's, Holt Renfrew and Perry's.

And there is no such thing as a "winter leather driving glove." That is just a winter glove that is flexible and pliable -- unless it is a working glove that you can drive with, which can be leather, doe skin...

A driving glove is unlined, soft leather with open back and ventilation holes... I drove competitively too and that is what we used unless we had to use fire proof.

But what is your point?

Like Perry says - any high end fashion store in Yorkville has pretty good gloves. You can also find driving gloves at most BMW dealerships. Sherway Gardens has a store called Autobahn that had a few gloves last time I was there (in the summer).
